Concrete strip foundations. Dense solid block footings. Solid concrete floors with under floor insulation.

WALLS

External walls - Cavity construction with face brick/ Dense solid block outer leaf, full fill cavity insulation and dense solid block inner leaf. Internal wall either dense solid block or timber studwork.

FIRST AND SECOND FLOOR

Conventional 225mm depth timber joist 18mm Chipboard Flooring.

ROOF CONSTRUCTION

Traditional roof construction with steel purlins and treated timber spas. Velux or dormer windows as applicable. Tri iso super 9 insulation with insulated plaster board. OR Trussed roof Construction. Loft insulation above ceiling.

ROOF COVER

DECORATION

Walls and ceiling to receive coats emulsion. Skirting and architraves to receive wood stain and varnish finish. Doors to have white primer, undercoat and egg shell finish.
